The installation methods of grating plate mainly include welding fixation, installation clamp fixation, nail assembly fixation, nail-free glue pasting and snap-on fixation, etc. The specific selection needs to be determined according to the material of the grating plate (such as steel, fiberglass), the installation scene (wall, platform, ceiling) and whether it needs to be removable.

Common grating plate installation methods and applicable scenarios

Welding fixation

Applicable scenarios: Steel structure platforms and equipment bases that are permanently installed and do not need to be disassembled.

Features: High stability, but it will damage the galvanized layer and requires subsequent anti-corrosion treatment.
Steps: Weld at least 2 or more fixing points, and anti-rust paint should be applied to the welding points.

Fixed by installation clamps

Applicable scenarios: Steel grating plates that need to be flexibly disassembled, such as maintenance channels and temporary platforms.
Features: It does not damage the galvanized layer, but the clamping status needs to be checked regularly. Each grating plate requires at least 4 sets of installation clamps, and a gap of 10mm is reserved.

Fixing with nail assembly
Applicable scenarios: Quick installation of steel grating, especially suitable for working environments without power supply.
Features: No welding or drilling required, high installation efficiency, good anti-corrosion performance. Steps include firing nails, fixing columns and discs.

Pasting with nail-free glue
Applicable scenarios: Wall decoration of lightweight grating (thickness ≤ 27mm).
Steps: Paste after applying glue on the back, reinforce the seams with gun nails, and finally close the edges with seam filler.
Snap-on fixing (no primer/glue)
Applicable scenarios: Wall installation of decorative grating.
Features: Through the combination of the mother-and-child groove and the buckle, the gun nails assist in fixing, simplifying the installation process.
