Installation method of solid wood grille

The installation method of solid wood grille mainly includes two methods: glue fixing method and air gun fixing method. The specific steps include wall treatment, grille plate glue application, wood strip fixing, level adjustment and other key links.

Glue fixing method

Wall treatment: Make sure the wall is flat and dry. If necessary, you can install the skirting as a support reference.

Gluing and fixing:
Apply glue evenly on the slotted side of the grille plate to enhance the adhesion.
Fix the wood strips to the slot and fix them with an air gun to increase stability.

Wall installation:
After gluing the wall, clip the grille plate into the skirting and adjust the level.
Install the subsequent grille plates in sequence to ensure that each piece is aligned horizontally.

Air gun fixing method

Tool preparation: Cutting machine, nail-free glue, tape measure, screws and other tools are required.

Cutting and pasting:
Cut the grille plate according to size, apply nail-free glue on the back, and then paste it on the wall and compact it.
Drive nails into the joints between the two boards to reinforce.
Edge treatment: Install edge strips and fill gaps. Corners need to be cut at 45 degrees to ensure beauty.

Notes
Thickness limit: If the thickness of the grille plate exceeds 36 mm, it is necessary to prime before installation to avoid safety hazards.
Horizontal calibration: Use a level throughout the process to ensure that the grille plates are neatly arranged to avoid deformation.
